Unicraft Corporation was incorporated in 1989 in Miami, Florida, under the current ownership. It is a privately held corporation owned by its president, Martin Gopman. In the beginning Unicraft made only standard cutting tables. We quickly expanded with the addition of flotation tables and vacuum tables. Over the years, we continued to add new products which we manufacture in our factory—cloth spreading machines, mobile work racks, other material handling equipment, ergonomic sewing stands, sewing machine tables, chairs, and other products. We subsequently started importing ancillary products in order to offer our customers everything needed for sewing machine setups. We distribute clutch motors, induction motors, sewing machine stands, lights, and other products under the Unicraft and Unistar brands. Our imported products undergo rigorous quality controls to ensure that they comply with Unicraft high standards of quality. Unicraft Corporation sells through dealers around the world. Our products are currently found in every country in the Americas, and in countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Unicraft continues to selectively add new products to its lineup that fulfill the needs of the sewing industry, fill any gaps in the marketplace, and provide niche marketing opportunities. Unicraft is a member of SPESA (Sewn Products Equipment Suppliers of the Americas) since 1993.
